Beginner training plan
Your first lessonOur first meeting will basically be us going through your skill level and taking our proper assessments from there.
Lesson 11+At this point you should be well skilled in every aspect of the sport. So the challenge here would be understanding to maintain consistency and a focused work ethic. You will continue to build and become better.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4 through 10 will be all about making sure the fundamentals of the sport are at the level of muscle memory.
Lesson 2-3Your second and third lessons will be keyed on shooting and dribbling as far as shooting form and dribbling moves.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonHelp assist or figure out a workout plan that best suits your physical needs.
Lesson 11+Teaching consistency and understanding balance, focus and daily routines too keep your skills at a high level.
Lesson 4-10This will be advanced training so it will be hard work and focus on specific areas that will help improve your skill.
Lesson 2-3Maintaining focus on a particular skill you need to work on and improve on others that you have already established.
Youth players
Working with kidsI have coached for over 10 years so I understand every age level when it comes to sports.
Working with teenagersI am currently a coach of Team Finesse Basketball located in the Inland Empire. We are a traveling AAU team and I coach from 15y to 17y.
What you need to bringBring a positive altitude and a strong work ethic. Stay hydrated as well.
What I can bringI have all the proper equipment to help you with your jump shot, dribbling and speed techniques.
