Beginner training plan
Your first trainingOur first meeting will basically be us going through your skill level and taking our proper assessments from there.
Training 2-3Your second and third lessons will be keyed on shooting and dribbling as far as shooting form and dribbling moves.
Training 4-10Lessons 4 through 10 will be all about making sure the fundamentals of the sport are at the level of muscle memory.
Training 11+At this point you should be well skilled in every aspect of the sport. So the challenge here would be understanding to maintain consistency and a focused work ethic. You will continue to build and become better.
Advanced training plan
Your first trainingHelp assist or figure out a workout plan that best suits your physical needs.
Training 2-3Maintaining focus on a particular skill you need to work on and improve on others that you have already established.
Training 4-10This will be advanced training so it will be hard work and focus on specific areas that will help improve your skill.
