Beginner training plan
Your first lessonProper warm up, ball handling drills, lay ups/finishing drills, shooting drills.
Lesson 11+Here can expect to practice more fundamental skills such as dribbling and shooting but drills will be challenging and require more focus and intensity
Lesson 4-10During these lessons you can expect to practice more of the fundamentals while also being pushed and given the ability to express your basketball creativity.
Lesson 2-3You can expect similar drills and training to lesson 1, with a few minor adjustments to increase difficulty and challenge your skills.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonProper warm up, ball handling drills, lay ups/finishing drills, shooting drills. This will be to assess skills and I’ll ask what skills you want to work on so I can incorporate them into the next lesson.
Lesson 11+Here we can continue you to work the desired skill of your choice or we can pick a completely different skill and begin working on that instead.
Lesson 4-10Here you can expect to keep improving your desired skill while also being pushed to add more creativity and in depth knowledge to your skills.
