Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson gives me a road map to what needs the most attention. This is an evaluation to make sure we are a good fit.
Lesson 11+Same as above
Lesson 4-10I will know what is best for each individual student on a week to week bases. All students are unique and need to be developed differently.
Lesson 2-3Will be heavily geared toward teaching at the level the student is at, while making strides to expand the student base basketball IQ and skill set.
What you need to bringProper workout gear, gym shoes, loose fitting clothes. Also 1 basketball (optional).
