Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe introduction process. Find out their goals as an athlete. Assure them we will reach our goals together with hardworker, discipline, and teamwork. Next , tell them about me and my journey and why they can trust me to bring success to their effort.
Lesson 11+At this point in the training you will be a believer. You will have seen results from our training from nutrition to athletic ability. You will be much better. My mindset is we don't settle for anything less than our targeted goals.
Lesson 4-10My program will be implemented. And they will love it because I will know each one's specific needs to make them the best version of themselves. Proven training that works no gimmicks. I don't do gimmicks. My training is original, fundamental methods that you will see results as long as we maintain consistency, patience, and keep working hard.
Lesson 2-3They can expect success based on their focus and my dedication and knowledge. We will get into more what specific work it is going to take to make daily improvement
What you need to bringEnergy, focus, and be ready to change your life cause you will more than likely be offered a scholarship. If we are training at a facility then we will be fine
What I can bringWell my assumption is there will be a facility. So there should be weights and space to train.
