Each session (45–60 minutes) will follow a consistent format:
Warm-Up (5–10 minutes)
Light jogging, high knees, lateral movement.
Dynamic stretching focusing on ankles, hips, and shoulders.
Fundamental Focus Areas (10–15 minutes each)
Choose 2–3 per session and rotate weekly:
Ball Handling: Stationary and moving dribbles (both hands), control drills.
Passing: Chest, bounce, and overhead passes with targets or a partner.
Shooting Form: Close-range form shooting, proper stance, follow-through.
Footwork & Movement: Pivoting, jump stops, defensive slides.
Defense Basics: Stance, staying low, hand positioning.
