Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson will include a little bit of everything so I can analyze what that athlete should work on in the following lessons.
Lesson 11+Starting to become comfortable with the changes they have made in the game and being able to translate these into live games.
Lesson 4-10Continue working on the one problem but starting to introduce new skills and fundamental development in other parts of the game.
Lesson 2-3Tune in on the corrections or things I would like to tweak in their game while including some drills and other live games they can complete outside of their lessons as well.
What you need to bringBring a basketball you’re comfortable with using, but I will also provide one as well.
What I can bringNot much equipment is needed, but can bring cones and my own basketball.
