Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI’ll start with connection first. Introduce myself and ask about their experiences
Lesson 11+Dribble confidently with both hands
• Make accurate chest and bounce passes
• Show better shooting form, even if not perfect
• Understand basic footwork and spacing
• Have intro-level defensive positioning
• Start reacting naturally during movement drills
Lesson 4-10 Repetition of fundamentals (dribbling, passing, shooting, footwork)
• Simple defensive stance or movement introduction
• Maybe light game situations, like 1v1 or dribble/tag games
Lesson 2-31. Clear Progress
