Remy has one of the best basketball minds in the world of sports! With over 15-20 years in the industry, he’s played as well as been Coached by some of the best to. His ability to asses talent, break down offenses/defenses, outline practice, scouting report, and game time situations is second to none. He’s the guy you want on your team in a game or on your bench as a Coach because of his unique ability to make adjustments in real time along with getting the most out of the players and staff associated with him! Remy is a force multiplier who demands excellence from his self and knows how to motivate each individual around him to do the same by setting realistic expectations that will only shift if the person has put in the necessary effort to improve upon said expectations! Remy is a definite winner and an absolute key asset to any organization at any level!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonAll I need is your passion and heart for the game. Lesson one for beginners will truly depend on each individual players age and beginners skill set.
Drills can consist of basic dribbling, passing, defense, rebounding, and shooting drills. Once I have established your beginners skill set I will set up lessons 2-3 to include all of the above plus conditioning skills.
Lesson 11+Continue to develop your skills based on your preference of what you want to learn. Once you have become comfortable and consistent with the drills you have learned we will then focus on your weaknesses. You will learn how to use your individual strengths on the court. Once you know what those are we can begin to work together on how you can utilize your strengths to make your team or teammates better.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 drills will be based around what you need to do to become proficient in the skill or skills you want to develop. These drills will be based upon your preference of what you want to learn. I will help teach you the mental fortitude you will need to become successful with your basketball vision.
Lesson 2-3I will set up which basketball drills to prioritize for you based off of your personal preference. The drills we focus on will be based on what you want to accomplish and what I think can be beneficial to help you achieve your goals. We will collaborate together to help you develop your skills.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonYou will tell me what you need to work on. Depending on your individual need or needs I will have you work on fundamental drills and in game development skill drills.
The drills will always be dependent on your specific goal.
Lesson 11+We will continue to monitor your progress and begin to assess your next steps towards achieving your maximum potential.
This will be essential to ensure your success in the future. We will continue to sharpen your skills and will begin to improve your training by working on the weaknesses we will identify throughout your training.
Lesson 4-10These lessons will help you understand how to build a strong foundation of knowledge and understanding of how to achieve your goals. You will become consistent with your training plan and your goals will become more aligned with your potential.
Lesson 2-3Lesson 2-3 will be hard, the drills you will preform will have you thinking twice about what you thought you were advanced with. You will get better and you will realize you have much more to do to make yourself great.
Youth players
Working with kidsMy lessons will focus on the fundamentals.
I will adapt my coaching and training techniques based on each individual students skills. I will help them develop basic basketball knowledge and skills. I will do my best to help teach each student how to achieve their basketball goals. I love basketball. Patience, determination, discipline, consistency and again, patience is the key for success.
Working with teenagersFundamental drills will always be a part of my training. Individual skill set will determine how each session will go. I will focus on the weaknesses 1st. Once the teen athlete becomes confident and proficient with their weaknesses I will then focus on advancing their strengths. Their weaknesses and their strengths will be discussed and established on day 1.
