Workouts are custom-designed for your present level, with an emphasis on growing your skills and competitive ability to enable you to reach HS Varsity and Collegiate opportunities! I will also give you drills and workouts you can (and should) do on your own to accelerate your growth! Lesson 11+Fine tuning specific aspects of your game based on your position and goals. Challenging goal-based sessions, conditioning and mental training.
Lesson 4-10Detailed skill work, advanced drills and more challenging competitive pace.
Lesson 2-3Begin to work on specific skill work based on your position/goals, level of conditioning and work ethic. Fundamentals drills on both offense and defense. Footwork and conditioning in every session!
