Advanced training plan
Your first trainingThis first lesson for advanced players includes high-speed, two-ball, or counter-dribbling drills, "stop and pop" mid-range shooting, complex finishing techniques, and mastering pick-and-roll reads
Training 2-3Lessons 2 & 3 include complex ball-handling combinations, advanced finishing techniques such as Euro-step variations, high-level shooting off movement, and specialized defensive techniques like active close-outs
Training 4-10Lessons 4 through 10 will contain different game conditionings including "cup slides" and full-court drills to build endurance for high-paced play.
