Beginner training plan
Your first trainingWe will warm up with stationary ball handling then go straight into fundamentals such as foot work and ball placement to get around a defender .
Training 2-3We will warm up with ball handling, go straight into fundamentals then start shooting inside the paint .
Training 4-10 We will warm up with ball handling then into fundamentals. After we will work on shooting drills and formation like free throws!
Training 11+Warm up with ball handling and fundamentals.
Shooting inside working our way out . Really focusing in footwork and layups .
Advanced training plan
Your first trainingStart with Ball handling into fundamentals, 10 made block shots, 15 made layups, 5 made 3’s - touch the line after every miss
Training 2-3Start ball handling and fundamentals. Leading into Working on slowing down and finishing at the goal . (Drills)
Training 4-10Start ball handling into fundamentals, defensive drills then start cone work from half court .
