Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI first start with a foundation of dribbling, moving, and shooting. This will be an assessment to see how well the student is at first.
Lesson 11+We will push the limits of the skills so that they solidify.
Lesson 4-10We will test the skills by adding decision-making and game-like scenarios
Lesson 2-3We will continue to build on this foundation while adding some difficulty
