Beginner training plan
Your first trainingThe first lesson focuses on evaluating the player’s current skill level, coordination, and comfort with the basketball. We work on basic ball handling, shooting form, footwork, and simple drills while building confidence and establishing a positive learning environment.
Training 2-3Lessons two and three continue reinforcing fundamentals such as dribbling control, passing, shooting technique, and defensive stance. Drills become more structured while maintaining a fun pace, helping the player feel more confident and consistent.
Training 4-10Lessons four through ten focus on improving consistency and understanding of the game. Players work on stronger ball handling, proper shooting mechanics, movement without the ball, and basic offensive and defensive concepts while gradually increasing intensity.
Training 11+Ongoing lessons continue to build on fundamentals while introducing more challenging drills. Players develop better decision-making, confidence, and overall basketball IQ, preparing them for team play and more advanced training when ready.

Your first trainingThe first advanced lesson focuses on evaluating the player’s strengths, weaknesses, position, and goals. We assess shooting mechanics, ball-handling under pressure, footwork, and game awareness to create a personalized development plan.
