Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThis will be the evaluation lesson to see what the player can do. Can they dribble well, can they shoot well, how are they on their feet, and are they so focused on being perfect it alrers their ability. With these evaluations it helps me see what they need to work on and how i can further structure the workouts/lessons
Lesson 11+We should have build a relationship by then where they can do the warm ups by themselves for example the dribbling, the layups, and the stretching warm ups. Learning their tendencies we can do more things and focus on what we started with less because they have started to excel in the fundamentals. As they progress the lessons will start to get more and more difficult with the intentions to make them very successful and the game very easy come game time.
Lesson 4-10We wil start with fundamentals but not hound them as much. Using what they have learned we will being to put it into play and focus on game like situation if the player is ready for that. Rushing into the next level of work is not the objective here I want to go at the pace of the player so they get the most out of the lessons.
Lesson 2-3We will being with fundamentals (this will probably be boring in the beginning for some kids.) by sharpening the tools before we get to the creativity. Focusing on fundamentals is a big part of the game cause if they are truly focused on it will show later in their careers.
Youth players
