Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIntroduced myself and see where their level is
Lesson 11+Shooting from different angles and different styles of shooting, most importantly, is dribbling to control the ball when going for a layup or stealing or run transition going by the defender
Lesson 4-10Learning to dribble backward and running with the ball and starting to shoot the ball
Passing and helping read the defense. If there is a double team, help them sharpen their skills in quick position passing
Lesson 2-3Learn to dribble and look up by dribbling

Working with kidsWhen teaching kids, I adapt my lessons to be fun and engaging, using games and activities that make fun and enjoyable. I focus on building a strong foundation in the basics while incorporating age-appropraited drills and exercise that keep their interest and energy level high. Patience and encouragement are the key, as I strive to create a positive and supportive environment where young players feel confident and excited to learn
