Training 4-10Full ramp up, lessons will get more difficult and more advanced and I will push you to the limit I think you are capable of

Your first trainingAdvanced training to see where you are physically/mentally and skill wise
Training 2-3Training will proceed to get more challenging based on what I see from the first lesson
Training 4-10Will incorporate more or less based off what I think you are able to handle. I expect is to run thru the basics drills, pick up some heavy skill work, and I’m expecting the results to improve
Youth players
Working with kidsSome kids get more of an advanced training based on skill, but I still give everyone the same energy no matter the skill level.
