Your first lessonThe first lesson is a skills test for me to assess your level and build a customized program based on your needs and goals.
Lesson 2-3Expect to be challenged appropriately, you will do things that are challenging, but doable for you
Lesson 4-10I will start to incorporate new things to keep you learning and growing.
Lesson 11+Once you comprehend more of the curriculum we will pay closer attention to detail and proficiency in drills.
