I have to say I was scared of learning boxing before and not knowing what to do but with Ariana I feel really confident with learning this sport, now that I she taught me all the basics the classes are super sweaty and active and boxing takes me out of my comfort zone, she is a great coach !

Thanks to Ariana and her coaching I have become more confident, she has helped me unlock a lot of athletic abilities I didn’t think I could do, she helped me on my weight loss process and was there for me to teach me what I needed to protect my joints and have fun while working out
