Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson will be demo and teaching basic stance, breathing and basic strikes.
Lesson 11+Putting everything together with like specific sparring
Lesson 4-10Start adding movement and combo strikes
Lesson 2-3Review stance, breathing and 6 basic strikes. Adding in defense
