Your first lessonFor someone who has never boxed before and even advanced individuals, I will start from the ground up. The most important thing is going to be your base which is your feet. There will be a strong focus on placement, how to step, and where to step.

Youth players
Working with kidsParents have to keep in mind, I will make sure your child is proficient in the skill that we are specifically training. Sometimes it will take one lesson, other times it makes take 3 lessons that are extremely repetitive. This is to make sure they have a strong foundation, before moving onto more advanced skills.
