About your boxing coach
Derick, the 1997 Golden Glove champion and an Olympic prospect, boasts an impeccable amateur record with only one loss. With over two decades of experience, he has been nurturing fighters since the age of 21. A trailblazer in Rochester, Derick led a female athlete to the Olympic finals by 2023. Alongside his pro fighter achievements of 7-0-6 knockouts, he takes pride in his son's title as the New York State amateur champion. Through instructing kids' classes thrice a week and mentoring older teenagers nightly, Derick's commitment shines. He's not only a skilled coach but also a Parkinson’s Coach, nutritionist, genetic-based coach, board-certified holistic practitioner, and elite trainer, showcasing his diverse expertise.
