I’m a professional boxing coach, Master of Sports of Ukraine and a Ukrainian champion, with over 13 years of coaching experience. I work with beginners and intermediate students who want to build strong fundamentals, improve technique, and gain real boxing skills. My training style focuses on proper punching technique, footwork, defense, conditioning, and discipline. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI start with a quick introduction and assess the student’s level and goals. Then we focus on stance, basic punches (jab, cross), and simple footwork. The goal of the first session is to build confidence, learn correct technique, and get a solid foundation while having a great workout.
Lesson 2-3In the next sessions, we build on the basics by adding combinations, improving coordination, and introducing defense. Students start working on pad drills and develop better rhythm, balance, and movement.
Lesson 4-10At this stage, training becomes more dynamic and personalized. We focus on combinations, defense, footwork, conditioning, and overall boxing skills. Students gain confidence, improve technique, and start feeling comfortable with real boxing movement and training intensity.
Youth players
Working with kidsI have experience working with kids of different ages. I focus on discipline, coordination, and making training fun and safe.
Working with teenagersI work with teenagers on technique, conditioning, and confidence. Training is adapted to their goals, from fitness to competitive boxing.
What you need to bringComfortable sportswear, water, and boxing gloves (if available). Beginners are welcome even without equipment.
What I can bringI provide focus mitts, pads, and structured boxing workouts. I can also bring basic equipment for beginners if needed.
