Hello I’m Ronell or Coach EL, or Mr Rocklordfitness. I’ve been in the boxing community as a fighter and coach for over 40 years now. I am current USA boxing certified and approved. I am a strength and conditioning coach as well as technical boxing coach. If you want to know what it takes to be great in the sport of boxing or just want to learn skills for personal reasons , I’m your guy
