Your first classNon striking self defense martial arts combining jiu jitsu, wrestling, and judo. The first lesson incorporates using the aforementioned disciplines to teach a weaker person how to defend themselves against a bigger, stronger attacker.
What you need to bringComfortable gym clothes (shirt & shorts) and a water bottle.
What I can bringNucleus Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is an air conditioned gym with soft mat floors, private changing rooms, and shower facility serving the Norcross & Peachtree Corners communities.
