Tony has truly trained with professionals and even big house hold names of the sport ! Like Craig jones , Nicky rod , Nicky Ryan , so that showed Tony’s skill level and being able to explain things in a way that doesn’t confuse you and helps you retain it he is very very good !

Your first lessonWhen learning jiu jitsu we always want to start with something the student will find them self’s in when learning , so we start by 1. Teaching them what is happening and 2. Why it’s bad to be in that position

Lesson 11+To be able to apply everything learned and experience in live rolls with more advanced skills and people

Lesson 4-10Now they can expect more advance technique and better understanding of how things work and not find them self’s being the person in defense anymore instead they will find them self’s being the one applying offense
