About your cheerleading coach
I blend my 30 plus years of passion, knowledge and love for all techniques that utilize gymnastics, yoga, team dance (LBJ), &cheer (co captain EGHS)with positivity and diligence to cultivate confident, safe cheerleaders/gymnasts. I teach tiny toys and beginner to medium cheerleading & gymnastics basics to achieve expertise in cadence muscle memory, safety, stunting, tumbling, choreography and conditioning. I strive to bring mine and my 6th grade Cheer mini to confidence in technique! <3

Your first classLet's get to know each other, discuss goals you have and create a build-able and practical schedule to achieve your GOALS for you or to help your minis practice perfect! I can help, from experience! Former boy mom/team mom and girl mom. Baseball and football cadence, gymnastics, cheer, dance mama/team mom. Life long gymnastics/cheer enthusiast and yoga coach! Outside in nature or inside practice options!!!
Class 2-3I believe a personal meeting plan and specialty made binder (Miss Kal aka my mini cheer coach) will have a B-E-Autiful planner/binder designed for each individual and their goals. A tangelble "to done" list is as important and sometimes more rewarding than just a "to-do" list!!!!! Mini Polaroid photos for you to keep and add to "Let's GOOOO Book" <3 :-) to show YOU, your progress. BE PROUD!!!
What you need to bringComfy clothes, socks &/or shoes, determination, any needed special assistance or equipment, AND attitude lol we can always make it a positive one by the end of practice YOU GOT THIS!!!
What I can bringBasic equipment can be provided (bonus: little scoops prize bag by kalico and special appearance by coach Kali (11) for tips and a reward for a practice well done <3. Specialized equipment will be provided by the client, please and thank you!
