Your first lessonSimply throwing a frisbee, understanding basics of flight and throwing motions. Learning about different types of golf discs and their flights.
Lesson 2-3Beginner disc golf throwing technique. Backhand and sidearm throws. Learning and practicing putting into a disc golf basket. Basic play-through of a disc golf course.
Lesson 4-10Continuing to develop disc throwing technique and personal play-style. Learning how to navigate a disc golf course, making mistakes and learning from them!
Lesson 11+Playing disc golf! Setting personal goals. Refining learned skills and understanding your feel of the game. Throwing faster discs and trying new shot types/shapes when useful. Having fun.
Youth players
Working with kidsFocus on making kids excited to play, and making the game fun. Admiring the flight of a frisbee, and the satisfaction of a smooth throw. Incorporating fun mini-games and challenges to teach kids to believe in themselves and keep trying!

Cancellation Policy

We totally understand that life can be unpredictable and plans might change. That's why we've got your back with our flexible cancellation policy, designed to give you peace of mind when booking private sports lessons with our awesome local instructors!

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
