Your first lessonIntro to positions and field layout. Focus on getting basic understanding of the game and fostering good technique for open field movement.
Lesson 11+Capitalizing on previous lessons and tying in real game scenarios to prepare players for any scenario that may arise on the field.
Lesson 4-10Expand upon intro drills and include real game mechanics. Make individuals reiterate why they do things and make it more thought provoking than just going through the motions.
Lesson 2-3Get into position specific drills including open space movement for LBs and DBs, trench work and power stances for OL/DL, and reaction drills for defensive minded players.
