Beginner training plan
Your first lessonintroducing fundamental skills, techniques, and concepts of football to beginner players, while fostering teamwork, discipline, and confidence.
Lesson 11+Encourage learning through gameplay in a controlled environment. For example if the numbers allowed have a 7-on-7 touch football or flag drill so athletes get a feel of game like situations
Lesson 4-10Introducing game-like situational drills to help better develop awareness of the game.
Lesson 2-3Individual Skills Development, Build fundamental techniques for football.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonBuild strength, speed, and foundational endurance. Focus on compound lifts and progressive overload, while also focusing on conditioning and positional drills
Lesson 11+Transition to game-ready explosiveness and position-specific conditioning, Shift focus to power and functional strength, Replicate game situations.
Lesson 4-10Improve stamina and mental toughness, Football-Specific Work like Route running, tackling form, blocking techniques.
