Your first lessonFirst lesson will be a evaluation and consultation to learn the new students goals and expectations
Lesson 11+This point in the lessons the student should be able to move and play at a advanced level and see a drastic change in speed and agility
Lesson 4-10Lesson 4-10 will be the student working position specific drills and advanced drills getting them ready for the next level and to dominate in their division
Lesson 2-3Lesson 2-3 we will be building a good foundation with isometric holds and exercise to work our quick twitch muscles
Youth players
Working with kidsI prepare for a session with a kid just like I would if he/she was a teenager and we will work the basics at their level and build them to perform at at an advanced level
Working with teenagersWhen starting a session with a teenager I always assume they know what they want to do with the sport at this point, so I train a teenager as if they are college level because that’s the next level they want to be in
