For over 10 years I’ve had the privilege of both playing and coaching. Specifically in the area of offensive and defensive line, with the past 4 years focused in coaching all areas of offensive play. I am dedicated to assisting players reach their full potential on the field, as well as bring to them the concept that what we learn through sports, can be translated to life outside of it. i.e. hard work and facing adversity.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFundamentals of the game, basic knowledge. For linemen, stances and get offs including the concept of demeanor. For skills stance in given position and concept of route running/ball exchange.
Youth players
Working with teenagersWhen working with teenagers, I must gauge their familiarity with the game of football as some may be comfortable with the concepts of football and some may be brand new to the idea and just looking to do something fun. One main areas of focus is basic knowledge of football ( gaps, terminology, numbering system, positions). Fundamentals are big for me.
