I'm a football coach specifically for offensive and defensive lineman. I have with 14 years of playing experience. I had the opportunity to play D1 on a full ride to 8 different schools but my playing career was cut short by injuries. I have a deep passion for the game of football and igniting and developing talent on the gridiron. I help athletes reach their full potential through personalized training and a deep understanding of the game. Let's work together to elevate your game to the next level!

Working with Jared really helped my son improve at playing center. Jared coached my sons pop warner team and we loved the way he interacted with the players and how many things he was able to teach them. Going into high school i wanted my son to know what to expect and Jared did a tremendous job by setting expectations with my son and getting his form and technique better. My son always talks about how he is looking forward to his sessions with coach jared because he gets a good workout and also has fun.

Coach Jared is absolutely amazing. My son started training with him privately during the pop warner season because we wanted him to have the most success possible in his last year of pop wanrer and going into high school. Coach Jared taught my son many advanced techniques that helped him get his first sack ever and my son always seemed to be in the right spot to make tackles. Im confident coach jared has done an amazing job and my son thinks so too!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson with an athlete I get a general understanding of what they may think they need to work on. I then put them through some position specific drills to see their form proficiency with different techniques.
Lesson 11+We will start to work on more advanced techniques that are taught in college and the pros so your athlete can be ahead of their peers
Lesson 4-10At this point they will have a good understanding of drills and we can start to work on more theory of the game and position they are playing. We will do specific drills that help raise situational awareness and the athletes ability to react quicker to things that are happening on the field.
Lesson 2-3We will start to work on their weakest points to build them into a more well rounded positional athlete.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson I will get a good understanding of how the athlete moves and how well they understand their position
Lesson 11+We will work on posistional theory on a deeper level and the athlete will start to have a very in depth understanding of their position that will help them advance through the next level
Lesson 4-10We will dive deeper into more advanced techniques and fine tuning minor details to make sure the athlete is not just good but great.
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2-3 will be working on some things they think they need to work on and we can go over game film to pinpoint those techniques
Youth players
Working with kidsI have coached pop warner for three years and I love passing on my knowledge to the youth. I make the workouts fun but also engaging and give the athletes age specific knowledge about the game and techniques they can use not only so they get better at the game but so they fall in love with the game and want to continue to play.
