Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWill set a base of fundamentals just understand the basics of the game.
Lesson 11+Understand all the basic fundamentals and become more advanced every lesson.
Lesson 4-10Will repeatedly rep the drills and improve every lesson.
Lesson 2-3Begin to apply the basic techniques we have been working on and go faster.
