For over two decades, I've cultivated a deep understanding of football strategy and technique. I played all over the world professionally and I have coached youth teams across Germany. My passion is helping players of all levels unlock their full potential on the field. I bring a wealth of experience and a proven track record to guide you toward success. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonAsk about where you are in your football journey and start with some simple stretches and warmups. Practice some beginner football movements to get you comfortable with the game.
Lesson 11+Continued support and encouragement to continue goal setting Increasing difficulty in drills and incorporating more advanced football techniques as you advance through the training
Lesson 4-10Depending on goal we may increase intensity to push ourselves harder and build on top of what we have started. We may also focus on a wider variety of workouts and drills if your goal is less position specific to football
Lesson 2-3Depending on your goal and/or position, we get into position specific drills and workouts to target your goal
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonSee where you’re at in your football career and where you want to expand. This could be position technique to football IQ and everything in between
Lesson 11+Working on high level, professional field workouts I’ve done with former NFL players
Lesson 4-10Making sure the info is sticking with you by observing drills and making adjustments as needed to smooth out any edges in footwork or body placement
Lesson 2-3Going more in depth in your chosen area. Working on hand placement for blocking, to how to plant during route running depending on your position
Youth players
Working with kidsI adjust my plans to meet each age groups capabilities and expectations for that level. For younger kids I focus a lot more on slowing down fundamentals and teaching why they are important, as well as developing technique
Working with teenagersI help teach high school and college athletes. We can go through your route tree and/or playbook. I like to focus on speeding up fundamentals and making sure our technique is sound in different scenarios. Working on making decisions within the game of football when something doesn’t go how you expect mid play.
