Your first training1. Warm-up (10 minutes)
- Warm-up is crucial for injury prevention and to get players ready for movement. Keeping it light and fun.
- Jogging & Dynamic Stretching (5 minutes)
Jogging around the field/practice area.
- Dynamic stretches: high knees, butt kicks, side shuffles, and arm circles.
- Agility Drills (5 minutes)
A series of 5-7 cones will either be in a straight line or zig-zag pattern.
- Players would then jog around cones, focusing on quick changes of direction.
- Including shuffling, backpedaling, and sprinting between cones.
