Beginner training plan
Your first trainingFirst lesson will include and assessment that includes, postural, static and dynamic range of motion, functional movement, and athletic screening.
Training 2-3Based off what is found from our assessments, we will the build a training block necessary to help us overcome imbalances, prep tissue, and prep movements patterns
Training 4-10Continuation of the training block, consistent practice in advantageous joint positions will allow us to channel different levels of movement correctly that will keep us safe on the field
Training 11+Once we have established good movement patterns, strong tissue, and have developed a solid work capacity, we will then get into specific work!
Advanced training plan

Training 2-3Dependent on the amount of time we have together, will determine what is most necessary that we need to work on. The first block will be built more towards weaknesses.
