About your football coach
Been around the game of football for over 30 plus years. Had a great opportunity to earn a walk on try out to Ohio State University D1 . Had an amazing opportunity to train and network with NFL coaches and competed side by side with other players getting ready to play in the national football league (NFL). Invited to a NFL regional combine to showcase my talents in front of NFL scouts . When hiring me as your trainer you will develop the skills you need to improve your game at a higher level.

Your first trainingI know things can be very tough to understand in the beginning. I make it very easy and clear to learn in the early stages when an individual is struggling .
What you need to bringI ask all my athletes to hydrate at least a few hours before the session and to bring Gatorade or water to drink while we are in session.
What I can bringI provide all the football equipment necessary for my athletes needs for the session.
