My first lessons will be about building a strong foundation through proper stance, footwork, agility, ball skills, basic technique, and understanding the fundamentals of football. Iβll also get to know each athleteβs skill level, goals, and learning style so I can create training that challenges them while keeping it fun, positive, and rewarding.
My first 2β3 lessons will focus on fundamentals, assessment, and building confidence. Weβll work on proper stance, footwork, agility, ball skills, conditioning, and position-specific techniques. Iβll evaluate each athleteβs current skill level and identify areas for improvement, while keeping sessions fun, challenging, and age-appropriate. The goal is to build a strong foundation for continued development.
Lessons 4β10 will build on the fundamentals while increasing skill, speed, and football IQ. Training will include position-specific technique, footwork, agility, ball skills, conditioning, reaction drills, and game-situation exercises. Athletes will be challenged to apply what theyβve learned, build confidence, improve decision-making, and develop discipline, teamwork, and consistency.
Lessons 11+ will focus on advanced development, consistency, and game readiness. Training will become more position-specific, with emphasis on advanced technique, football IQ, speed, agility, reaction time, conditioning, and situational awareness. Athletes will continue setting goals, correcting weaknesses, strengthening their confidence, and developing the discipline and leadership needed to perform at a higher level.
The first 2β3 advanced lessons will begin with an assessment of the athleteβs technique, athletic ability, football IQ, and position-specific skills. Weβll identify strengths and areas for improvement before introducing advanced drills focused on speed, agility, reaction time, decision-making, and game situations. The goal is to establish a strong baseline and create a focused development plan.
