Your first lessonSession 1: Stance, Starts & Footwork

• Stance & Alignment (15 min): Teach/review WR, DB, RB, QB stances; emphasize balance, posture, explosiveness
• Start Mechanics (15 min): First-step quickness, 3-step burst off line (WR/DB), QB drop steps, RB jump cuts
• Footwork Drills (15 min): Ladder, cone T-drill, W-drill, mirror drill (DB/WR matchup)
• Cool Down & Review (5 min): Key coaching points, answer questions
Lesson 11+Session 4: Release Techniques & Press Coverage
• Warm-up (10 min): Dynamic stretches, band resistance work for hips/shoulders
• WR Release Drills (15 min): Single move, double move, foot fire vs cones and dummy defender
• DB Press Coverage Techniques (15 min): Hand placement, mirror step, kick-slide footwork
• 1v1 Release vs Press (15 min): WR/DB faceoff with coaching after reps
• Cool Down & Review (5 min): Emphasize hand fighting, pad level

• COD Drills (15 min): Pro-agility shuttle, cone box drill, W-drill at full speed
• Reaction Drills (15 min): Tennis ball drops, coach-point directional cuts, flash card read
• Game Simulation (15 min): WR/DB mirror drill into live 1v1 route based on signal call
• Cool Down & Review (5 min): Reinforce body control, low hips in transitions

Session 6: Advanced Route Concepts & Route Tree
• Warm-up (10 min): Dynamic stretches, jog route tree at 50%
• Route Install (20 min): Teach comeback, post, corner, dig; break down steps, stems, and cuts
• Route Combos (15 min): Work pairs (e.g., slant + wheel, post + corner) for timing and spacing
• 1v1/2v2 Routes (10 min): Live reps with DBs; QB builds timing with receivers
• Cool Down & Review (5 min): Emphasize route depth, leverage reading
