Beginner training plan
Your first trainingI like to use a base line combine drill set to learn about the clients' athleticism and skill set.
Training 2-3Lessons 2 and 3 are used to introduce movement that underpins the basic techniques that are needed to play well
Training 4-10Depends on how the client is learning. If review is needed, we will review. However, I am looking to add more movement to introduce more techniques.
Training 11+We keep attacking the techniques that need work and introduce new techniques to promote better game play
Youth players
Working with kidsAsk the child what makes them feel comfortable. Ask questions as to their understanding of the lessons. Find the manner of teaching the child best responds to.
