Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson we have together will be kind of an introductory session. I will ask a ton of questions to try and get to know your golf game as best I can, learn about your goals and basically why you are taking lessons.
I will then start to video you golf swing while you’re hitting balls. So we can build a reference and I can start to see where we need to improve.
After we’re done with the lesson I will start to put together a plan for how we want to move forward. Specific drills and exercises that are catered to you and your goals.
Lesson 4-10As we move along and continue to meet, you will start notice your consistency growing. We will still focus on some of our core areas but we will start to advance at this point. We might talk more about the actual golf swing itself, to give your knowledge a boost.
Lesson 2-3After lesson one, the following sessions will be specifically focused on one or two areas where we need to improve. I don’t believe in overloading people with multiple tasks at the same time.
What you need to bringIf you have clubs, please bring your whole bag. Golf shoes or athletic shoes.
What I can bringI will provide a few different swing aids along with a few clubs if you have none.
