Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson is to always have fun, with a smile we can swing freely. An introduction for the both of us talking about the very basics of the game and getting to know each other.
Lesson 11+Hopefully at this point we are swinging confidently and beginning to strike the ball very well. We will begin to understand course management and the many lies of the golf ball throughout a round of golf. Of course, we will revist your swing as needed to correct any odd feelings or ball flights.
Lesson 4-10In this area of instruction, we are more familiar with each other and we can begin to correct things through the golf swing, and learning what common mistakes are. I will utilize video recording to explain certain check points throughout the swing to better understand what it is that we are trying to achieve in the golf swing.
Lesson 2-3I like to begin to take a look a swing path and the golf grip, but not necessarily making changes. Learning how our body works through a golf swing and start talking about what that may feel like. Becoming more personable with the student.
What you need to bringStudents should have a set of golf clubs within a reasonable fit of their own size.
