Working with kidsI think starting young is the best way to go. I think finding true joy and love for the game is the best way to start.
Working with teenagersI adapt to the way you think. Being able to learn and think is the easiest way to teach. I learned by my own thoughts. But I learned by watching those around me. By learning with an opened mind creates a more advanced aspect of knowledge and improvement.
