Every journey begins with an assessment with your golf performance coach. In this first session, a TPI-certified coach assess your mobility, stability, strength, power, swing, and more. This assessment will allow your golf performance coach to determine the best ways to improve your game from a strength, conditioning, and golf perspective. With a rich background in collegiate golf and extensive coaching experience, I bring knowledge and expertise to the world of golf instruction. Having played competitively for San Jose State and CSU Monterey Bay, I understand the game at its highest levels. Currently serving as the Girls' Head Varsity Coach at Sacred Heart Cathedral in San Francisco and a golf performance specialist at Perform For Golf, I am dedicated to helping athletes unlock their full potential on the course. As a TPI Certified professional and a participant in the PGA Associate Program, I am committed to staying at the forefront of golf instruction and coaching techniques. I aim to empower players of all levels to elevate their game, achieve their goals, and enjoy lasting success on and off the course. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the fundamentals or a seasoned player aiming to fine-tune your skills, I'm here to help you reach new heights in your golfing journey.

Great new facility in the Marina with knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff, namely Kayla and Wilvin among others. I really enjoy golf and found P4G via google. They start you out with a 90 minute assessment to determine what parts of your body need strengthening and tailor a program to get you stronger. In addition to getting stronger you will be less prone to injury and I have found my recovery time between rounds has greatly improved. They also have a simulator upstairs where they film you and you get real time feedback on your swing, both mechanical and physical. A great addition to the neighborhood, glad I found them and you will too-give them a try!

I highly recommend Perform for Golf - SF Marina, especially coach Kayla! She is a great trainer and has greatly improved my overall fitness and golf game! Her personalized training has strengthen my core and other areas to improve my swing. The facility has everything you need. You can easily transition from working out to practicing your swing, all in one place. The Marina location is modern, has the latest gym and golf training equipment, and always clean!

Perform for Golf is a complete game changer (I go to the one in SF Marina, its great!)! This facility has everything a golfer could possibly need! The Marina location has a sim room, and as other reviews have said, the latest gym and golf training equipment, and amazing coaches! Shout out to Coach Kayla, who in my opinion is the best trainer there! With the help of Kayla, my overall fitness and golf game has improved immensely.

Coach Kayla is great to work with! She has creative workouts and drills. She listens to what I want to achieve in my goals and definitely think it's achievable for me in 2024. The facility is very clean, has lovely wall art, and is well designed that makes me motivated. It also has quality equipment (that is not common in other gyms or facilities).

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
