Getting to know one another, your skill level, and how you maneuver through the basics!
Swing Fundamentals Review (10 minutes) – Revisit grip, stance, posture.
Full Swing with 7-Iron (25 minutes) – Hit 30 balls focusing on tempo and contact. Don’t worry about distance.
Putting Pressure Drill (15 minutes) – Make 10 consecutive 4 ft putts. If you miss, restart the count.
Chipping Ladder Drill (10 minutes) – Chip to targets at 5, 10, and 15 yards
Warm-Up Swings (10 minutes) – Practice half swings without the ball to focus on motion.
Pitching Practice (15 minutes) – Use a pitching wedge to hit balls 20–40 yards. Focus on clean contact.
Putting Distance Control (15 minutes) – Putt from 10, 15, and 20 ft. Try to stop the ball within a 2 ft circle.
Chipping Accuracy (20 minutes) – Chip from various spots around the green. Count how many balls land within a 6 ft circle
Grip Practice (10 minutes) – Practice holding the club correctly (neutral grip). Use a mirror if possible.
Stance & Posture (10 minutes) – Practice your setup: feet shoulder-width, knees slightly bent, back straight.
Short Putting (20 minutes) – Practice 3-5 ft putts. Use 3 balls, try to make 5 sets in a row.
Chipping Drill (15 minutes) – From 5 yards off the green, chip toward a target. Aim for consistency
