Beginner training plan

Your first lessonStart with an introduction to golf basics: grip, stance, and posture. Use the “Two-Knuckle Grip” drill to ensure a proper hold (aim for seeing two knuckles on the left hand). Practice a simple pendulum swing with a 7-iron, focusing on smooth motion. End with a fun putting exercise on a flat surface to build confidence.

Lesson 4-10Progress to different clubs (e.g., driver, irons), focusing on the “Half-Swing Drill” to improve consistency. Introduce bunker play with the “Splash Shot Drill” and start short-game practice (e.g., pitching).
