What you need to bringPlease bring your golf clubs, golf glove, comfortable athletic clothing, golf shoes or athletic shoes, water bottle, and a positive attitude. If available, bring previous launch monitor data or swing videos. Beginners are welcome, and if you don’t own clubs yet, contact me beforehand and I’ll help you determine the best equipment for getting started. Come ready to learn, move, and improve.
What I can bringI provide launch monitor analysis, mobility and movement assessments, corrective exercise instruction, resistance bands, training aids, alignment sticks, speed and power development equipment, medicine balls, strength training equipment, balance and stability tools, and personalized practice plans. Students also receive professional coaching notes, home exercises when appropriate, and recommendations to continue improving between lessons.
