Refine your game with my personalized golf instruction. As an experienced coach, I focus on building a solid foundation and unlocking your full potential. I aim to make every lesson effective and enjoyable. I heavily on “feel drills” to reinforce mechanics with video analysis. I teach all ages and skill levels. I’ve been teaching/coaching 25+ years and worked with the first tee of Greater Baton Rouge for 16 years. I can work with groups of any # and ages. I play games with kids to teach playing the game and making it enjoyable.

Your first lessonDiscuss physical attributes and other sports played. Knowledge of the game and equipment. Start with mechanics and fundamentals: grip, stance, alignment, takeaway, top of backswing, transition to lead side, swing path, use of ground force, impact position,follow thru, balance and finish position
Lesson 2-3Understand swing mechanics, understand use of each club, understand playing the course and understand how to sequence the whole body to swing a club
Lesson 4-10 Video of swing progression and areas needed for improvement. Playing 9hole lessons to prepare for rules and course management for competitive play
