My son started Private lessons with Angel a few years ago. I would definitely recommend going with Angel to increase your musical skills. Since Jordan's private lessons he has excelled in Guitar, drums,and piano. She's flexible in her times and dates. Angel is very punctual And also takes her lessons very seriously and is always in communication with me about Jordan and what we would like to improve on. I would recommend you trying her out for your self. We all have busy schedules so having someone come to us directly for lessons for us is key. - Jen

Beginner training plan
Your first lesson1st lesson: I always start by asking the type of music and goals they have for their instrument and go from there. Guitar (instrument) overview. Warmup and note explanation. You will learn a couple chords and the basics to get you stared!! Including the ability to play a song in your 1st lesson!
Lesson 11+We will be able to focus on more song playing as long as the student keeps up with practice! All lessons are suited for each individual person!
Lesson 4-10These sets of lessons will be a time where questions begin to arise and things start to click! You will finally get past the beginning hurdles and enjoy the more you learn!
Lesson 2-3Once comfortable getting to know your instrument we focus on warmups, chord learning and music theory. Also scales, music reading, notation understanding and the tools to learn songs on your own!
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFor advanced players I will sit down with them to feel out goals they are trying to reach so we can specifically set up a lesson plan for them.
Lesson 11+Song playing! Beginning soloing and melody playing! Scales and there understanding!
Lesson 4-10By now they will feel more comfortable with advanced instrument new objectives will come easy and be more fun!
Lesson 2-3Building of the basics they already know we will work with the metronome for steady timing, advanced scales, chord voicing, soloing, advanced theory, modes, chord progressions etc.
Youth players
Working with kidsYou gotta make lessons fun and understandable for kids!!
Working with teenagersTeenagers are usually some of my favorite to work with!! Great attention spans and understanding! They will learn at there own pace and have fun!
