Your first lessonDepending on the age, I often start right away with some chords and blues improvisation so we’re making music right away. Younger beginners often start with book material.
Lesson 2-3From the second or third week on, we split our focus between improv, book fundamentals, and examples of “real life” music.
What you need to bringJust bring your guitar and picks. I may recommend a book.
What I can bringMy studio is equipped with stands and amps. I provide handouts and other lesson materials.
